Partners With You is run by Sally Hindmarch and her thespian brother-in-law Neil Roberts together with a large team of experienced actors. Who better than people who have to communicate successfully in order to earn a living to train business people on how to get their messages across? Since starting Partners With You in 2000, Sally and Neil’s aim has been to help business people communicate in the most effective manner possible so that their corporate and personal objectives are reached as easily as possible. "We take each client on an individual basis and work with them to design the best training solution for them. It could be that we need to create a bespoke training programme to cover issues such as diversity awareness or appraisal training, or perhaps it’s simply that attendance at one of our public workshops will give delegates the confidence to speak in public" explains Sally. 
As a business, Partners With You supports local charity The Peace Hospice in Watford - www.peacehospice.org.uk - which cares for people in the area where the company is based. Sally’s family has been involved since the Hospice’s inception as her mother was the original Chairman of the Founding Trustees - a role she held for seven years as well as setting up and, until recently, managing their seven charity shops. The hospice needs over £3m a year to keep its 12 bed in-patient service with day centre, home care services, bereavement counselling and various clinics, going. |
