 We use actors from screen and stage to help enable business people to present themselves and their companies in the best possible light - not to turn them into the next Sir Laurence Olivier! It’s better to practise on us rather than on your clients and colleagues. You and your team are able to be yourselves practising real life scenarios such as interviews, appraisals and sales profiling without worrying about pretending to be someone else. Our actors will play it for ‘real’ making the role play far more realistic and worthwhile. You can act out your situation as many times as you want and the actors will give invaluable, specific and authentic feedback to you on how certain behaviours have made them feel. This means the next time you have to cope with the situation in real life, you will feel more confident in what you do and say leading to a better outcome.  Some of our clients use role play in association with a forum theatre session where larger groups of actors act out situations in front of you and you direct the action.
